With its 15'-3" (4.6 m) overall height, the ECO Series fits easily into those installations with height restrictions. High Efficiency Burner(s) featuring stainless steel construction with cast aluminum manifold results in high efficiency, low emission operation. Heat and Cool models have two burners, and AllHeat models have one burner. Quiet Drying with a single, centrifugal beltdriven fan reduces noise, while producing maximum airflow. Long Lasting Screens are available in stainless steel, aluminum or galvanized and in multiple sizes for different types of grain drying. 14” (35.6 cm) Grain Columns provide maximum holding capacity. Full Length Level Auger works with a motorized grain level control bindicator, for positive, reliable grain flow into the dryer. Large, Enclosed Wet Grain Hopper keeps the inside environment clean and the drying columns full, requiring fewer filling cycles. Quick Drain Ports allow for easy, fast unloading, if necessary. High-Voltage Electrical System with a NEMA rated, 230V/3ph/60Hz high-voltage cabinet, with main power disconnect, protects motor starters, thermal overloads, and electrical components from weather and dirt. Pinnacle 20|20 Control System featuring intuitive, dual 10” (25.4 cm) HD touchscreens for ultimate control, customization, and a built-in backup. Enclosed Wet Hopper with gravity fill (level auger is available as an option) keeps the inside of the dryer clean and requires fewer filling cycles. Pre-Heat Ducts direct airflow to the wet hopper thereby warming the grain before it enters the heat chamber leading to increased drying capacity. External Heat Chamber ensures uniform temperature distribution, applies the highest temperatures to the wettest grain and eliminates the concern of damaged product by keeping the burner flame isolated. Large, totally enclosed galvanized wet grain hopper keeps the drying columns full and requires fewer filling cycles. Hopper walkway is standard. 16" thick perforated peak section feeds grain columns smoothly and evenly with loosely packed, pre-heated grain for maximum efficiency. 12" grain columns eliminate large moisture differences between inside and outside of columns. One way airflow heats from the center out, creating more uniform dried grain. Dryer screens available in galvanized, aluminum or stainless. Aluminum sloped screens are standard on outside upper and lower screens. Upper Service Platforms are standard on L2550 and larger models. Double Inlet, 1,750 RPM Centrifugal Fan moves air quietly and efficiently. Four Averaging RTD Sensors with signal enhanced transmission ensure accurate grain sensing and automatic discharge control. Adjustable Venturi Gas Burners provide maximum combustion at all operating temperatures. Gas Manifold with microprocessor controlled electronic gas proportional valve allows complete control of plenum temperature for all grains to be dried. Regardless of outside temperature changes, a constant plenum temperature is automatically maintained. Digital readout on microprocessor displays plenum temperature and set point during dryer operation. NEMA IV High Voltage Cabinet with main disconnect protects motor starters, thermal overloads and electrical components from weather and dirt. Full Length Metering Rolls with variable frequency driven speed control regulate the flow of grain out of the dryer. Dryer Moisture Systems® reliable discharge moisture sensor is standard. 10" U-Trough Unload Auger equipped with quick release, hinged unload augers clean-out pans. Auger is supported every 8' by wood block hanger bearings. Heavy Welded Steel Base provides strength and support for future expansion.
